Martial Arts, Self Defence & Fitness. Classes develop the core skills of: physical movement – safe falling – jumping – balance – contact awareness. They will gain concentration and self confidence in a game structured environment filled with fun and laughter. Give them a kick start with active movement and socialization in a mind & body positive environment.
Ladies Kickboxing Self Defence & Fitness Club 7.00 – 8.00pm
Small group having fun, getting fit and meeting new friends. *Develop your mind, your body and street smarts that will help control your world with confidence
