Pilates Comes To You offers pilates and reformer classes in the Wollondilly Shire. The studio is located along Argyle Street in Picton, only a 50 minutes from Sydney and 45 minutes from Wollongong. Open Monday-Thursday with classes starting from 6.30am-8pm, there are a number of class options to suit both first timers and seasoned experts.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is all about developing strength, flexibility, balance and control. It’s a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches with a focus on coordinating breathing with movement. Controlling the breath assists to activate muscles and engage the mind to keep focused.
What is Reformer?
The use of a reformer allows the body to exercise a full range of motions while stabilising the torso encouraging muscle isolation. This technique assists to build a tone and lean body and improves flexibility.
