Buxton Plateau & Ladies Waist Lookout
If you’re looking to escape and encounter more native animals than people, then add the Ladie’s Waist Lookout to your list. This particular lookout is the prize at the end of a Buxton fire trail that will take approximately 4 hours to complete. The track is moderately challenging and perfect for hiking, running and leisurely walking (or a combination of all 3!).
The W11 Firetail can be accessed via Buxton Avenue. Remember to pack sunscreen and water and unfortunately for this one, your four legged friends will have to stay at home.
