The historic George IV Inn holds a special place in the hearts of Picton locals. Located on the south-western edge of Sydney and built in 1835, it’s one of Australia’s oldest pubs and has for 180 years been a place for family gatherings, live music and social drinks.

The George IV Inn also offers affordable and sophisticated pub stay style accommodation to suit all needs and number of guests. All 7 rooms have been recently renovated and include single, queen and family options. All rooms come with fresh linen, a flat screen TV, are non-smoking and use shared bathroom facilities.

One of the perks of staying at the George IV is being so close to the Stonequarry Bar & Grill kitchen! The menu features fresh and tasty starters, robata grill skewers, all the pub classics and a range of seasonally themed gourmet specials.
